Self care doesn’t always feel good and the more steps I take to heal from past & current trauma. I am becoming more aware of what keeps me in this vicious cycle. I’m becoming more aware that my pain is prone to trauma. All the car accidents, self sabotaging, physical and mental abuse takes a lot to heal from. I am at the beginning stages to become physically stronger with physical therapy, X-rays and mri’s. (My doctor wants to make sure everything is intact) I am about 100% sure it’s due to trauma as I have been seeking EDMR treatment and going through everything that I have been through recently. My physical pain has become intense! It is important that I get physically stronger bc all this weight is not making anything any less painful on my body.
I continue to want to break old patterns and continuing to heal from past traumas.
