YOUR HEALING PROCESS
One of the most important things you can do on your healing journey is surround yourself with people who truly understand and support you. Coming out of survival mode is a deeply sensitive process—your entire nervous system is in shock, and while it may look like you’re getting worse from the outside, you’re actually shedding layers of old trauma and building something new.
This is where a strong support group comes in. Friends who walk every step with you, offering compassion and patience, are essential. Healing is messy, but having people by your side who get it makes all the difference. Choose wisely who you let into this season of your life—those who respect your journey will help you rise.
And sometimes you have to go through parts of it alone. Not because you want to, but because no one else can truly understand the weight of what you’re carrying. The journey inward is lonely at times, but it’s also where the deepest transformation happens.
When no one else can walk that road with you, remember that you’re building a strength and resilience that can’t be taken away. It’s okay to go through it alone if that’s what it takes to come out the other side stronger and more whole than ever.
