In survival mode, you’ve been pushing through constant stress, using up energy just to cope. As you transition out of that state, your nervous system is finally able to relax, and the exhaustion sets in because you’re no longer running on adrenaline.
This isn’t laziness; it’s your body’s way of mitigating the impact of long-term stress, allowing you to rest and recover. It’s part of the healing process, giving your body the chance to restore balance and heal from the strain of survival mode.
