After years of clocking in and out of a demanding customer service job, I reached a pivotal moment in my life. Each day felt like being on airplane mode and was absolutely mentally drained and I longed for more time for myself, children and my mother. I am a single mother that was exhausted doing it all financially, living paycheck to paycheck, becoming a tight ass and it didnt help that the economy went up. Literally budgeting and worrying every single day about every dollar I spent and not being able to go on any vacations with my kids.I just knew there was more to life then settling for this.
With a leap of faith, I decided to embark on a journey to reclaim my freedom. If I am going to feel exhausted, I was going to be exhausted because I was pouring into a foundation that was secure financially for my kids and I, on top of owning my own time. We are replaceable at our 9-5 and I no longer wanted to worry about not having a job the next day. Starting my own venture wasn’t easy. There were doubts, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty. But with perseverance and a clear vision in mind, I never gave up. As the days turned into weeks and months, I began to see the fruits of my labor. Now, as the proud owner of my own time, I can set my schedule, pursue my passions, and truly savor the joys of life.
