Keep Going

Can someone tell me why it is preached to reach out for help but then when you do, youre rejected. Can someone tell me why people use what you told someone in confidence against you? It is also not right to say anyone is drama when you are facing trials in your life bc at one time you had drama/negativity under your own roof. However its a different story when someone continuesly lives in drama and is ok living in it bc thats all they know.

Just know that you are blessed to have friends and family to reach out to during hard times. This is just something i have learned over the past couple years and weighing on my heart. It is so hard to go through everything alone but if this is something you can relate to know that you are not alone. You got this, dont give up and keep going!
