Tell Yourself These Things When Feeling Down

There has been more times that I can count when I was the only one to count on in tough situations. Here are a list of 6 things I went through when trying to encourage myself.

  1. I know that this is a tough situation but so am I.
  2. This is a situation that I many not be able to control but how I respond to the things I cant control is what matters.
  3. What can I learn from this situation?
  4. Take one step at a time
  5. Breath
  6. Don’t give up.
