Don’t Be Afraid Of Rejection!
There isn’t one person that has never felt some type of rejection. Whether it was rejection from a job, boyfriend, husband, parent or even your own child. We all have felt some type of rejection at some point. Being rejected can really hit us hard if we allow it. We have to become mentally strong to be able to cope with any type of rejection and allow the pain to help us grow even stronger.
5 Steps To Help When Rejection Hits:
Here are a few things to do in that moment when you feel like you are being rejected.
1. In that very moment when you feel like you are being rejected. Acknowledge that spire of emotions that come afloat and take control of your emotions. Our emotions are meant to be great servant but not great masters.
2. Be self aware your very own emotions and know that rejection is known for a purpose in your life and God shuts doors because he knows what is best for you and there is something better for you. Don’t be afraid of rejection and if you don’t go forward to take chances then you may be living in a comfort zone that you are afraid to get out of.
3. Don’t ever think that you are not good enough or worthy. Give yourself grace and speak life over the situation and do not give into any negative thoughts. Always look for the positive in every situation.
4.Being rejected does not define who you are as a person. Your self worth is not based on other peoples opinions over your life.
5. Take it as a lesson learn and grown from it. Allow it to push you to the limits and take action over your life and grow from it. The most important is to “NOT TAKE IT PERSONAL”!
