Steps To Take When You Are Feeling Hopeless

In life we are always going to come against some kind of life problems and its just inevitable. There are a few things to always meditate on when you feel like nothing is going right and just feel so hopeless.

 

  1. You will eventually be looking back on it. There are so many times we all go through the most toughest times in our lives and feel like we are stuck and have no idea how in the heck we are going to make it. But this to shall pass and things wont be this bad much longer and when you make it out – you shall also become stronger.
  2. As hard as this may be but it actually helps to during hard times to focus even on the smallest positive thing you have going for yourself. When we tend to focus on ALL the bad we forget about the things we should be thankful for.
  3. Remember the one thing that we have control over is our reactions. So none of us may never be in complete control over circumstances but we give out can save us from a lot of energy. By controlling those emotions that cause up to act out in a way that is only going to hinder us.
  4. Don’t be scared to ask for help from others and find resources. The worst thing someone can do is turn their back on yo and say NO. But don’t ever be afraid of that bc I promise you that in this – it will only cause you to become stronger and not so dependent on others.
  5. Take one day at a time even if you are going through your day dragging bc in 5 years what ever it is that is trying to come against you is only a piece of your actual life. Our circumstances do not make us who we are.
  6. STAY CONFIDENT! Lacking confidence during our trials only add to our stress and what we are going through at that time is temp and be confident to control your emotions and you will get through it.
  7. Something good always comes out of our struggles. Just wait and be patient. You will soon find out!
  8. A lot of times when things come against us it is out of our control and the biggest lesson we must learnt is when it happens – no matter how much we don’t want to accept something. It just needs to be accepted and not try to fight against what is coming against us.
  9. More importantly remember to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF & BREATH!
