DONT FORGET TO REST

There are so many days that you feel that you have so much to do and no time to do it. Be careful that you don’t overdue yourself. There are days like today that I am so overly exhausted by everything that is going on within my own self. There are going to be many days that you are going to have to put everything on hold and rest. If you don’t then one day you are going to collapse. I don’t know about you but when I am not moving I feel guilty when I have so much to do. But, when I feel this way I have to put my mind to rest and not do anything so that my body can build my energy level back up. You have to have to rest your mind, body & soul so that when you do take on your tasks you will be able to get it done in a good manor. We can’t be a busy body all the time bc the busier you are doesn’t not mean you are taking care of yourself. Do things in moderation.
